The Alstom Pension Scheme is a defined benefit (final salary) scheme, closed to new members.
The Alstom GPP is a defined contribution (money purchase) scheme, open to new employees.
For Transport employees who were in the ALSTOM Ltd GPP at 1 May 2015, or who join at a later date.
The Alstom DC Plan was closed to new contributions in June 2012 and was wound up in May 2013.
