Expression of Wish Form (Five Year Guarantee)

  • A member's pension payments are guaranteed for the first five years of retirement. If you die within five years of retiring, the outstanding pension payments for the remainder of the five-year guarantee period will be paid as a lump sum. The Trustee decides who receives this lump sum - to let the Trustee know to whom you would like this lump sum to be paid (should this event occur), please complete an Expression of Wish (EOW) Form – click here to print a copy. Although the Trustee does not have to follow your wishes, it will help to make an informed decision. You should always complete a new EOW Form if your circumstances change.
